Allegheny Chesapeake Physical Therapy Portage Office will be holding FREE consultation clinics on July 21st, Aug 18th, Sept 15th, Oct 20th, Nov 17th, and Dec 15th. from 1pm-6pm.  If you have any questions about aches, pain, weaknesses or difficulty come down to our office at 711 Caldwell Ave, Portage, PA 15946.  Dr. Michael Phillips will spend time with you to help you answer any questions you may have.  Please call 814-736-9414 to make an appointment.  All are welcome!
